Dish Network was established in 1995 under the Echo Star brand name. Today, Dish Network services over 10 million subscribers and is consistently ranked #1 in terns of guest satisfaction for cable and satellite providers.

To live up to the high expectations and standards expected of its customers, Dish Network by MDU Enterprises needed a user-friendly online presence to enable customers to obtain necessary information and conveniently address their services and account needs.

Beginning with corporate identity and offline printed materials and spanning all the way to a full-scale eCommerce website, THAT Agency helped build a visual personality for the MDU brand as well as promote its various products and services. Of even greater importance, the website was effectively planned, designed and built to allow MDU's customers to ask questions, request service, inquire about problems and access account information electronically.

MDU is enjoying increased sales and has seen improved efficiency with regard to its service requests. While we can't take all the credit, we can say we helped them get moving in the right direction.
