Better Outcomes Now (BON) is the psychotherapy outcome measurement tool created by the developer of the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), Dr. Barry Duncan.
Dr. Duncan approached THAT Agency for help increasing awareness about PCOMS and the BON outcome measurement tool. While PCOMS had been implemented by hundreds of organizations in all 50 U.S. states and in 20 countries, Dr. Duncan needed to establish a strong online presence to gain additional market share and to educate therapists and supervisors alike about BON’s usefulness in implementing PCOMS in clinical settings.
Leveraging best practices for mobile responsiveness and search engine optimization, THAT Agency designed and launched a brand-new website to showcase the many benefits of BON and PCOMS. A targeted digital marketing strategy was developed and executed, including search engine, email, and social media marketing efforts. In addition, keyword-rich website content, gated offers, and paid search were introduced, providing extra web traffic and valuable metrics on consumer search behavior. All efforts were rooted in improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as free trials, conference sign ups, and downloads of premium content.
